Immediate One-Off Sends Now Available

We've been listening closely to all of you who use Bday.vip, and we've heard your requests for a way to easily send one-off gift cards to your VIPs in the database. Whether it's to say thank you, show appreciation for referrals, or even make up for forgotten birthdays, we've got you covered! We're excited to announce that we've added this much-requested feature to our service.

Now, you can simply text or email a $5 coffee gift card along with a personalized message to anyone in your database. It's quick, convenient, and adds that extra touch of thoughtfulness.

To access this new feature, just follow these steps:

1. Log into your account at https://account.bday.vip/
2. On the left side of the page, click on the "CUSTOMERS" tab.
3. Add a new customer by clicking the plus sign or click on the “Eye” icon next to an existing customer’s name.
4. Then at the top of the screen you can see the details on how to send them a customized one-off message and include one of your gift cards.
5. Hit SEND GIFT CARD button and away it goes and you’re on your way to being someone’s hero!
